If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the products. Fill out the return form completely, if possible, and state your order number on the shipping label. Pack the return form with the products that you want to return in the package. You can find the return form and the shipping label to download and print out here . The shipping label is attached to the outside of the package. If you use the original packaging for the return, make sure that the shipping details of the original delivery are pasted over. The package can be returned to us with a delivery service of your choice.

Please note that products whose security seals or strips have been broken or removed cannot be returned.

ACO does not bear the costs of a return. As soon as we have received your return, we will automatically refund the amount for the returned products. The refund will be made, within 14 days, using the same method as the original payment method.


We are very sorry if you have received a damaged or defective product. Feel free to contact our customer service at customerservice@acoskincare.de to report your product.

Complaints are of course also possible after the 14-day period has expired and the products have been used. In this case, too, we ask you to contact our customer service at customerservice@acoskincare.de so that we can help you further.
